Tartagli’s property is surrounded by one hectare of olive groves with a position overlooking the Tuscan and Umbrian countryside. (420 mt/1.260 ft. a.s.l.).
Sharing the historically rich Umbrian landscapes with Fontanaro, the Tartagli Estate is located half way between Fontanaro and the historic hill town of Paciano.

The building contains three luxury air conditioned apartments: Brunello, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Each apartment offers a unique living space with private entrance and garden. 
Great lengths have been taken to restore all three apartments to their original beauty, with elements such as wood beamed ceilings handmade terra cotta tile flooring, original fixtures, and working fireplaces. You will marvel at the views of olive groves, rural panorama and spectacular sunsets during the visit to your Italian dream house in Umbria.


There is a large private infinity swimming pool (14x5m - 46x16 ft) and washer/dryer laundry room for the use of our guests. All three apartments are fully air conditioned. Each is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches. There is a multi-channel satellite TV, a CD player and WI-FI access.
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen area which includes dinnerware, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, fireplace, king-sized beds, linens, pool towels, hair dryer, washing machine. Cellular phone (additional charge for use), and final cleaning are all furnished to render your vacation complete. Pets are permitted on request.
The apartments are equipped with floor heating system and solar panels.

The "Tartagli", is divided into three beautiful independent apartments named Brunello, Sangiovese and Sagrantino. They all have their own private patio and garden. Each villa is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, is approximately 60 sq mt, and has a large living room with SKY satellite TV and WI-FI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and fireplace, plus a large bedroom with king-size bed and a comfortable, modern bathroom with shower. Linens, pool towels, hair dryer, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, CD player, washing machine, cellular phone, and final cleaning are all furnished to render your vacation complete. Pets are permitted on request.

When in season, guests may take advantage of free produce (fruit, tomatoes, greens) from the vegetable garden. 
All guests are personally welcomed by the owners and will receive personal attention and care during their stay. Everything possible will be done to assure a very pleasant holiday.

A library of English language books is provided in each villa. You can browse the selection of art books, guides, maps, brochures and tourist information about the wonderful places to visit in the area.

The estate is closed to the walled city of Paciano, a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village located in a peaceful, unpolluted and scenic location. There is a view of Lake Trasimeno and the lights of Chiusi and Cortona in the distance.
