Tartagli is a newly restored villa on the hills overlooking the breathtaking views of gentle rolling hills of agriculture, olive, cypress, oak and chestnut trees, Lago Trasimeno, and the Medieval hilltop villages of, Cetona, Chiusi, Chianciano, Montepulciano Cortona , Castiglione del Lago and the mountains in the distance on the horizon.
Tartagli villa, set in 2 acres of olive grove is located 300 mt from the walled city of Paciano, a perfectly restored 13th century medieval village located in a peaceful, unpolluted and scenic location.

Some years ago an international survey nominated Paciano as the “Ideal Village” and in 1992 it took joint first place among the “Most Beautiful Small Towns in Italy”. Beyond the natural and artistic beauty, the judges took into account the healthy rustic Umbrian-Tuscan cultural - culinary traditions - which can be sampled in the area’s numerous friendly simple Locandas, or in one of the many refined top quality restaurants - and the public service infrastructure which helps make life in the village so serene and relaxing.
That life in the village is so pleasant is reflected in the many personalities who have chosen to make their home here, like the David McTaggart, the founder of Greenpeace.

The building contains three luxury air conditioned apartments: Brunello, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Each apartment offers a unique living space with private entrance and garden. 
Great lengths have been taken to restore all three apartments to their original beauty, with elements such as wood beamed, ceilings handmade cotto tile flooring, original fixtures, and working fireplaces.
You will marvel at the views of olive groves, rural panorama and spectacular sunsets during the visit to your Italian dream house in Umbria.

There is a large private Infinity swimming pool with high-performance salt chlorinator (14 x 5m - 46 x 16 ft) and washer/dryer laundry room for the use of our guests. All three apartments are fully air conditioned. Each is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches. There is a multi-channel satellite TV, a CD player and WI-FI access. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen area which includes dinnerware, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, fireplace, king-sized beds, linens, pool towels, hair dryer, laudry room. Cellular phone (additional charge for use), and final cleaning are all furnished to render your vacation complete. Pets are permitted on request.The apartments are equipped with floor heating system and solar panels.
