The two cozy villas, named Frantoio and Leccino, are adjacent to the main house. Both have their own private patio and garden. Each villa is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, is approximately 60 sq mt (540 sq. ft.), and has a large living room with SKY satellite TV and WI-FI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and fireplace, plus a large bedroom with king-size bed and a comfortable, modern bathroom with shower. Linens, pool towels, hair dryer, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, CD player, washing machine, cellular phone, and final cleaning are all furnished to render your vacation complete. Pets are permitted on request.

When in season, guests may take advantage of free produce (fruit, tomatoes, greens) from the vegetable garden.
All guests are personally welcomed by the owners and will receive personal attention and care during their stay. Everything possible will be done to assure an unforgettable holiday experience.
